SCHOLARSHIP AWARD APPLICATION PROCESS January 21, 2009 - February 6, 2009 1. Review this instruction sheet before filling out the student application.
2. You must circle the scholarships, for which you are applying, on the barcode sheet.
3. You will be able to pick up the application, donor scholarship booklet and barcode sheet on January 21, 2009. If you choose to work on the application via the website www.redlandsscholarships.org. , then a barcode sheet must be picked up at the counseling office. Two printed copies of the application must be completed along with the barcode sheet and returned by FEBRUARY 6, 2009, no later than 3:00 p.m. to the Counseling Office. No electronic submissions of application will be accepted.
LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. POSITIVELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. A completed application must include the following:
a) barcode sheet) b) cover sheet with student and parent signature (page 1) c) student award application (page2) d) student activity and community activity sheets 9-12 grades e) personal essay
NOTE* A few scholarships require an additional separate essay. f) unofficial transcript (get a signed copy from your counselor)
***Reminder *** Review the instruction sheet and your student application before turning in two copies. If you have questions or problems filling out this application, see your counselor before the February 6th deadline. Application assistance will be available to students from January 21th – February 6th. Please check with the Counseling office for specific dates and times for assistance.
